San Francisco is horrible. They purposely withheld this from residents. A bunch of phonies there who talk about the environment, health, equality, etc yet their destructive policies and corruption turned the once gorgeous city into a homeless, bankrupt, drug-infested dump.

But isnt SF one of those cities that is all about anti-pollution?

San Francisco's PUC and politicians are full of s**t. The city has underinvested in modernizing its systems (wastewater in particular) for many decades. Sanitary sewer upgrades are expensive and disruptive and not as politically "sexy" as opening new recreation centers and bringing pandas to the zoo. So they get little attention until (no pun intended) the shit hits the fan.

All of this happening on London Breeds watch, of course.

Most of that 💩 is coming from the water ride at Six flags Vallejo.

Storm drains are not supposed to be connected to the sewer system. You have had 50+ years to build a new storm drain system. Of course it will cost money. The longer you put if off, the more it will cost.
