There is a beautifully well-acted and almost silent scene... between the Siegels... deep pain was also very special in chapter 06

Personally, I’m sick of aliens. My theory was: Bernie is the devil, Jonathan is god, the polyglots are angels and demons. Sugar's sister is Djin. The doctor's name is Vickers. Sugar mentions he's been to Damascus-before all the trouble. D'Jinn. A Viccar. A Rabbi (in cast on IMDB). And just for good measure, John Sugar was an actual name of a Catholic priest (1558-1604) who was beatified in 1987. Oh, and when John met Jonathan and shook his hand, he also bowed. That might be just a weird thing, but c'mon, who does that?

Welp after episode 6 I think we know what it is. All in all I’m a little disappointed, would have preferred this show to be a more grounded noir detective show but I guess we’ll see where this goes
