It’s amazing just how many musical genre Jamaica has. Can anyone list them all? I think Mento is the oldest based on what my mother is able to recall.

Why I love this album so much is because it combines original Jamaican folklore music with historical facts easily discernable by the minimum of research. So much historical detail hidden in plain sight today.
